Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)
Clients incur usage charges for:
- Phone numbers
- SMS/MMS messaging
- Voice calls
- Number lookup/verification services
Typical rates include ($USD):
- Local phone numbers: $1.15/month
- Toll-free numbers: $2.15/month
- SMS: ~$0.0079/segment
- MMS: ~$0.02 outbound
- Voice calls: ~$0.018/min outbound
- Number intelligence: $0.005–$0.01 each
Clients maintain a wallet balance for usage fees.
When funds run low, the wallet is auto-funded based on your selected top-up amount.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Fab Systems are final and non-refundable, including:
- Subscription fees
- Usage fees
- Setup work
- Rebillable costs
Fab Systems’ services begin immediately and are custom-built, making refunds impossible once work has started.
Chargebacks Are Not Permitted
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered.
If a chargeback is submitted:
- We will dispute it with documented evidence
- You may be liable for service fees, legal fees, and collection costs
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation becomes effective at the next billing cycle.
There are no refunds for unused time on prepaid or current billing periods.
Delivery of Services
Services are considered fully delivered when:
- Your website has been completed and provided
- Platform access and automations have been configured
Onboarding support may be provided but is not required for fulfilment.
Free Trials & Promotions
Fab Systems may offer trials or discounts.
Partial setups may occur during trial periods, but full service delivery begins only after paid activation.
Discounts do not modify these Terms.
Payment Failures & Suspension
If a payment fails:
- We retry multiple times over several weeks
- Access may be suspended if payment remains outstanding
- Service restoration occurs once your account is current
Consent Agreement
By purchasing or using Fab Systems’ services, you confirm that:
- You have read and agree to these Terms
- You accept the No Refund Policy
- You waive the right to chargeback legitimate charges
Changes to Terms
Fab Systems reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
